APPLIANCE INSTALLATION AND DELIVERY
We offer professional installation services for dishwashers, cooktops, ovens, freestanding stoves, rangehoods, washing machines and dryers requiring wall mounting. These will require a professional technician to attend and the cost will be determined when you select your chosen product from our online catalogue. The installation fee includes delivery, installation and removal and disposal of any existing unit.
Price guide for a qualified technician installation service:
- Dishwashers & washing machines – $160
- Integrated Dishwashers – $210
- Dishdrawers – $180
- Cooktops up to 90cm – $180, benchtop amendments incur an additional $60
- Stoves & Ovens up to 60cm – $180
- Stoves/Ovens up to 90cm & Double Ovens – $270
- Rangehoods up to 60cm (Fixed and Slideout Only)– $160 (excludes new ducting, additional re-enforcement/modifications)
- Rangehoods up to 90cm – $550 (excludes new ducting, additional re-enforcement/modifications)
- Dryers with wall mounting – $170, additional timber supports incur an additional $80
*NOTE: we are not able to install/connect gas appliances – this will require a professional gas fitter. All prices are inclusive of GST.
Delivery Only
Queensland Appliances offers a delivery service to the Brisbane Greater Metropolitan area with prices starting from $90. Our team will deliver your products between the hours of 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Delivery includes delivering the item to your door and if you have an old unit to be disposed of, we can assist with removing this from your property for disposal.
Extra charges may be applicable dependent on distance to delivery location, property access restrictions (ie complex staircase) and volume of items. Heavy items or a multiple appliance delivery will also incur additional charges due to the requirement for 2 delivery men. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any property details that may effect delivery are provided to Queensland Appliances prior to delivery. If this information in not provided prior to the day of delivery, we reserve the right to refuse delivery into the home on grounds of health and safety issues for our team to proceed with delivery.
We strive to ensure all goods in stock are dispatched with priority unless specified differently by you as the customer to deliver at a later date. If you need to change any delivery details, please advise us by phone or email at least 1 day in advance.
It is important to ensure someone is available on the day of delivery. We reserve the right to charge for the cost of re-delivering if you are not home on the designated day of delivery.
If removing old products when delivering new, the existing product MUST be disconnected prior to our arrival if you want it taken away. Washers and dishwashers must be disconnected prior to our arrival as we provide “Straight-swap” deliveries only. This is a FREE COURTESY service and does not involve any plumbing or carpentry works which may be required. Please ensure you have all connections detached and soiled surfaces cleaned.

COLLECTIONS & PICK-UPS
Items are available from our warehouse. When collecting an item we are able to assist with taking the item to your vehicle but for liability purposes our staff are unable to assist with loading any appliances into your or a third party’s vehicle.
Please ensure when arranging collection you are aware of this and make necessary arrangements for loading goods.
If you have organised a third party to come and collect goods, please be aware that they will need to provide some sort of identification which we can cross-check with the purchaser or provide the original receipt of purchase of the goods.
