We currently provide our Rental Property Appliance Repairs service to over 100 Real Estate Agencies & Managed Buildings across greater Brisbane, Redlands (Bayside), Logan regions.
Our appliance repair technicians are well equipped and highly experienced to help you with your appliance repairs or replacement needs. Our office support team can answer all your questions and assist with pricing and booking in your appliance repairs.
When an appliance breaks down you can rely on our qualified technicians to be on site to fix the problem. All you have to do is submit your maintenance request to our service department (service@qldappliances.com.au) and we will handle everything else. We will contact and book the repair in with the tenant.
Alternatively, we can collect keys to attend the property if this is the best option. We can issue Quotes if a repair will be extensive ensuring you are always in control of the repair budget. We will order parts when required and ensure the job is re-booked with priority as soon as the parts arrive.

Appliance Replacements
Sometimes an appliance repair is not possible if parts are no longer in manufacture. On other occasions, the cost of an appliance repair would not be economical (which we always advise prior to proceeding with any appliance repair).
We know your time is precious, which is why we offer affordable appliance replacement options as part of our service. We can provide you with brand new appliances with full manufacturer warranty, meaning you don’t need to hunt around online because we can always find you the best deal – for our currently available appliances and whitegoods. Our technicians will deliver and install the replacement appliance with priority. *You will need to contact a qualified gas fitter to install gas appliances
We issues invoices on a 30 day payment account for work carried out at Rental Properties. This gives your team plenty of time to collect funds from landlords/tenants to finalise the job.
