I have purchased a washer and dryer through Queensland Appliances, their products are great and much cheaper than other retailers. Quick delivery and an overall easy process. I’ve also had one of their technicians out on separate occasions to fix my oven and dishwasher. They are knowledgeable, friendly, offer great customer service and value. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Needed a fan motor for fridge freezer, after calling a few other local places that seemed uninterested in even trying to help, called Queensland Appliances spoke to Levi who was very helpful and after sending him a picture of the part he matched it to one he had in stock. I went to get it off him at a very reasonable price and my fridge was working again half an hour later. Even better as it was a Saturday when most places are not even open. Would highly recommend using these guys and they have a great selection of whitegoods for sale too ***** five stars, thanks Levi.

Levi and Sarah excel at customer service! I had a problem with an old but reliable washing machine and Levi diagnosed the problem over the phone and told me what part I needed. Nipped up there 10 mins later and he had the part ready and explained how to install it. There was a slight difference between the faulty part coming out and the new one going in and another quick call to Levi saw the issue resolved. I now have a working washing machine for a great price. I highly recommend this place - you don't see customer service like this much any more.
