A quote/repair requires a technician to attend and diagnose fault/repair and will incur a $135 call out fee (incl 20mins labour) – any time required after 20 mins is charged at $35/15mins. If non-universal parts need to be ordered to complete the repair, we will prepare a quote for additional labour and parts prior to returning to complete the repair (no second call out fee) – please note we cannot guarantee availability of parts, this will depend on the model of your appliance and the availability of parts from the manufacturer. Payment is required on the day of the appointment and can be made via debit/credit card or if you’d prefer to pay in cash please note our technicians do not carry change so exact amount will be required.
