We repair & install most makes and models of domestic appliances including Ovens, Dishwashers, Washing Machines, Dryers, Fridges, Freezers, Stoves, Cooktops, Rangehoods and Microwaves.
For an in-home repair between Monday-Friday, we charge an Initial Service Fee of $180 inc GST which includes a Call Out Fee ($100) and 30 minutes of labour ($80).
If it is a simple fix, or the technician has suitable universal or model specific parts on hand and he can repair on the first visit – he will!
However, if the repair requires a part to be ordered in from the appliance manufacturer we will provide you with a quote before proceeding with the appliance repair. No call-out fee is charged on the second visit – only labour and parts required.
For appliance installations, the item can be purchased directly from our currently available stock OR If you have purchased your appliances from another retailer you can either arrange for the item to be delivered to our warehouse for the technicians to collect and take with them to site or the item can be delivered straight to site.
See below for Installation Fees* (all inclusive of GST) – all include delivery, installation and removal of existing appliance**:
- Dishwashers (Freestanding) – $180
- Dishdrawers – $210
- Integrated Dishwashers – $210
- Stoves, Ovens & Cooktops up to 80cm – $180 *benchtop/cavity adjustments may incur additional charges (excludes stone, granite, marble)
- Stoves, Ovens & Cooktop 90cm+ & Double Ovens – $270
- Dryers with wall mounting – $180 *additional timber supports incur an additional $80
- Washing Machines – Top Load $180 | Front Load $230
- Rangehoods- $180 -$550 (dependent on style and size of rangehood)
- Built-In Microwaves – $180
**For installations where we have not previously attended to quote, any unexpected modifications or adjustments needed to complete the installation will incur additional fees.
All repairs come with our in-house 90 warranty. As we only use true manufacturer parts you will also obtain the full manufacturer warranty for any repair parts used – this can vary between 6-12 months as per individual manufacturer guidelines. Once your service or repair is complete, you will walk away with peace-of-mind and a warranty on all parts and labour.
