Appliance Repairs


Do you fix appliances?

Yes. Queensland Appliances is the Trusted Repairer for all major brands of appliances including Fisher & Paykel, Electrolux, Westinghouse, Simpson, Chef, Dishlex, Whirlpool, Omega, Smeg, Miele, Asko, Falmec, Franke, Ariston, Bosch, LG and many many more.

Do you offer a repair warranty?

Yes. We offer our own in-house warranty for any works that are carried out as well as ensuring all the products and parts that we supply come with full manufacturer warranty. We deal direct with manufacturers to ensure that we can offer peace of mind when it comes to warranty on your repair. Warranty periods can vary across brands so be sure to ask our friendly team about the coverage for your repair.

How much does an appliance repair cost?

For an in-home repair, we charge a Call Out Fee of $160 which includes 30 minutes of labour. Additional time is charged on a pro-rata basis of $35 per 15 minutes.

If it is a non-complex fix, or the technician has the required parts on hand and he can repair on the first visit – he will!

However, if the repair requires a part to be ordered then the technician will have to re-attend for a second visit but you will only be charged the cost of the part and labour to complete the repair. No additional call-out fee is charged on the second visit.

I need an appliance professionally installed. Do you do installations?

Yes. We do offer installation services for dishwashers, cooktops, ovens, freestanding cookers, rangehoods and dryers requiring wall mounting, costs for these will be determined by the type of appliance you are purchasing.

How do I book an appliance repair?

There are two ways to book in an appliance repair.

You can book your appliance repair directly online by filling in our request form. A service department representative will then contact your via phone or sms to confirm your booking and allocate a time for a technician to attend. Click here to book online.

Alternatively you can email us at service@qldappliances.com.au or call us on 07 3252 3952 to talk to one of our friendly service team. Please ensure you have the Make and Model of your appliance ready to make the booking.

Appliance Sales


Do you sell brand new appliances/whitegoods?

Yes. We have suppliers that we work with who provide us Brand New products at an affordable price. Our product range includes dishwashers, dryers, ovens, cooktops, rangehoods, stoves and more!

New products come with a manufacturer warranty usually from 2-5 years depending on the product. The warranty period varies as per manufacturer.

Can I buy appliances/whitegoods online?

No, unfortunately you are not able to order directly online, however please feel free to contact us on 07 3252 3952 with your order enquiry, or fill out the online enquiry form and we will contact you as soon as we can.

A team member will contact you to organise payment and delivery or collection of your product. 

Can I collect or pickup appliances from your shop?

Yes. When ordering from us you are welcome to collect the goods directly from our warehouse.

Please make sure when you come to collect your goods that you have arranged assistance to load the goods into your vehicle. We can provide you with the use of a trolley to assist with loading.  

It is important to note though that whilst we are able to bring the product to your vehicle we are NOT able to loads the goods into your vehicle for insurance purposes.

This also applies for any third parties or couriers that may be organised to collect, please ensure they are aware we cannot assist with loading into their vehicle.

Do you offer delivery of appliances?

Yes. Queensland Appliances offers delivery to suburbs within our service area. Our own team will deliver your products direct between the hours of 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday.

For areas outside our local delivery range we are happy to coordinate with you a suitable option for delivery.
