What is a Refurbished Product?

Refurbishment is the process of maintenance or major repair of an item, either aesthetically or mechanically.

Refurbished products cannot be sold as new products, which is why they are relabelled as refurbished, reconditioned, T3 (trade thirds), auction products or 3rd grade seconds. These appliances may have been damaged, demonstration, superseded, second hand, used and are repaired and reworked by the manufacturer or by our own qualified and licenced service staff. All refurbished products come with warranty which can vary dependant on the product.
