Sometimes an appliance is unable to be repaired if parts no longer available. Sometimes the cost of repair would not be economical (which we always advise prior to proceeding with a repair). We issues invoices on a 30 day payment account for work carried out at Managed Properties. This gives you plenty of enough time to collect funds from landlords/tenants to finalise the job.
